Just wanted to pop in to say the results are in for my entry into SPFBO 7. Actually, the review was up a few days after my last update but I am only now getting around to posting the link here. The result is positive, but ultimately I didn't move on. Here's an excerpt of the review:

The book moves at a rapid pace, especially in the final third, and the first-person prose is easy to read and follow.
